Coaching my Crew doing the Museum of Arts Steps Workout!





Steps Workouts take place every Tuesday Night at 6:45pm.  We meet at the base of the steps on the right. The workout lasts for half an hour and it can be as challenging as you can make it.
A portion of the workout includes:
Warm-ups- 4-5 sets of steps
Follow the Snake
2 Feet Jumps up to the top
1 Foot Jumps up to the top
Single Steps
Double Steps
Conclusion:
Basic Abdominal movements
Stretching
